The main driving force of The Content Manager is found in the wide variety of modules that have been created to make managing content as easy and fast as possible. The three different kinds of modules available are System Modules, Optional Modules, and Add-On Modules.

System Modules
The System Modules are the only modules that are guaranteed to be displayed in every client's version of The Content Manager. These modules provide valuable information and perform the basic functions that are required for all client sites. Presented below are general descriptions for each of these important modules.
- Page Revisions - The Page Revisions module was created to make it easy for you to view changes to your site pages before they become active on the actual site. You can make as many changes as you like and then have all necessary decision makers review those changes. When ready, you simply choose to publish your changes to the live site or revert to the original version.

- Site Pages - With the Site Pages module, you can instantly change the content of your site. No HTML or programming knowledge is needed. All page elements (headers, paragraphs, lists, images, lines, etc.) can be easily added and edited. You can even make changes to any contact forms that appear on your site.

- User Permissions - You can add as many users as you would like to make changes to your site. The User Permissions Module also offers the ability to easily specify which pages and/or modules that each user can access.

Optional Modules
Optional Modules are automatically available and have no additional monthly charge. They provide an easy way for you to maintain some of the common types of information that may be presented on your website. These modules not only make it much easier for you to add and edit this information, they also help to make sure that your pages look professional and have consistent formatting.
If you do not choose to use a particular module, it will simply not be displayed in your version of The Content Manager. Also, since each module is customizable, your version of a module will contain only the information that you need.
Please note that new Optional Modules are being added regularly.

Add-On Modules
In addition to all of the functionality that The Content Manager offers your website, two additional modules have been created to help you beyond the scope of your site. The use of these modules requires a small set-up fee and an additional low monthly charge.
- Emails Module - The Emails Module offers a great way to send formatted email messages to a small group of people. The emails can have up to 3 columns and include the same easy options for creating and editing content that are found in other areas of The Content Manager.

- Newsletters Module - The Newsletter Module offers a great alternative to sending out costly printed versions of your company newsletters. The module is simple to use and can produce very professional results. The online newsletters can also be easily linked to from within your site or from an email message.
